Hi my name is Arnie and I offer a full body Swedish massage concentrating on all areas of your body which are suffering most from stress, pain or just day to day anxieties.

I'm Fully qualified and a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists [MGHT] From Head to toe I will use a combination of essential oils combining a Indian head massage with reflexology, stretching, and also some deep tissue work I use my hands, forearms and thighs for added pressure.

They say a therapist needs many modalities at first, but then there is just One!
